Goranboy rayonunun Goranboy-Yuxarı Ağcakənd avtomobilyolunun tikintisi ilə bağlı əlavə tədbirlər haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Otuz beş min nəfər əhalinin yaşadığı 18 yaşayış məntəqəsini birləşdirən Goranboy-Yuxarı Ağcakənd avtomobil yolunun tikintisinin davam etdirilməsi məqsədi ilə Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2014-cü il dövlət büdcəsinin dövlət əsaslı vəsait qoyuluşu xərclərinin bölgüsündə kəndlərarası avtomobil yollarının tikintisi və yenidən qurulması üçün nəzərdə tutulmuş vəsaitin 7,2 milyon (yeddi milyon iki yüz min) manatı Goranboy Rayon İcra Hakimiyyətinə ayrılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində nəzərdə tutulan məbləğdə maliyyələşməni müəyyən olunmuş qaydada təmin etsin.
3. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti bu Sərəncamdan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsin.
