“Azərbaycan Respublikasının Təhsil Nazirliyi ilə Fransa Respublikasının Milli Təhsil, Ali Təhsil və Tədqiqat Nazirliyi arasında universitetlərarası əməkdaşlıq sahəsində” Niyyət Məktubunun təsdiq edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 17-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. “Azərbaycan Respublikasının Təhsil Nazirliyi ilə Fransa Respublikasının Milli Təhsil, Ali Təhsil və Tədqiqat Nazirliyi arasında universitetlərarası əməkdaşlıq sahəsində” 2014-cü il mayın 12-də Bakı şəhərində imzalanmış Niyyət Məktubu təsdiq edilsin.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Təhsil Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində göstərilən Niyyət Məktubunun müddəalarının həyata keçirilməsini təmin etsin.
