“Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Administrasiyasında vətəndaşların videoqəbulunun təşkili Qaydası”nın təsdiq edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Administrasiyasında vətəndaşların qəbulu sahəsində operativliyin təmin edilməsi və vətəndaş müraciətlərinə baxılma işində səmərəliliyin artırılması məqsədilə qərara alıram:1. “Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Administrasiyasında vətəndaşların videoqəbulunun təşkili Qaydası” təsdiq edilsin (əlavə olunur).
2. Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Administrasiyası və yerli icra hakimiyyəti orqanları videoqəbulların təşkili və həyata keçirilməsi üçün zəruri tədbirlər görsünlər.
