“Hökumət buludu”nun (G-cloud) yaradılması və “bulud” xidmətlərinin göstərilməsi sahəsində tədbirlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2019-cu il 3 iyun tarixli 718 nömrəli Fərmanında dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti dövlət informasiya sistemlərinin və ehtiyatlarının mərhələli şəkildə “Hökumət buludu”na Keçid Planını Azərbaycan Respublikası Nəqliyyat, Rabitə və Yüksək Texnologiyalar Nazirliyinin təklifləri əsasında bir ay müddətində təsdiq etsin.
2. “Hökumət buludu”nun (G-cloud) yaradılması və “bulud” xidmətlərinin göstərilməsi sahəsində tədbirlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2019-cu il 3 iyun tarixli 718 nömrəli Fərmanında (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2019, № 6, maddə 1010) aşağıdakı dəyişikliklər edilsin:
2.1. 5.3-cü bənddə “bu Fərmanın 8.1-ci bəndində qeyd edilən” sözləri “Azərbaycan Respublikası Nazirlər Kabinetinin müəyyən etdiyi” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin;
2.2. 8.1-ci bənd ləğv edilsin.
