“Əlilliyi olan şəxslərin hüquqları haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 1-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Əlilliyi olan şəxslərin hüquqları haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununa (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2018, № 7 (I kitab), maddə 1386; 2019, № 3, maddə 381, № 5, maddə 797, № 8, maddə 1382; 2020, № 7, maddə 831, № 11, maddə 1335; Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2021-ci il 4 may tarixli 312-VIQD nömrəli Qanunu) aşağıdakı məzmunda 3.3-1-ci maddə əlavə edilsin:
“3.3-1. Əlillik müddəti bitdikdən sonra 6 ay ərzində əlilliyin təkrar qiymətləndirilməsi nəticəsində şəxsin əlilliyi yenidən müəyyən edildikdə, şəxs ötürülmüş müddət də daxil olmaqla, əlilliyi olan şəxs hesab edilir.”.
