Распоряжение Президента Азербайджанской Республики
О присвоении К.Т.Велиеву высшего воинского звания «генерал-полковник»
Руководствуясь пунктом 24 статьи 109 Конституции Азербайджанской Республики, постановляю:
Присвоить генерал-лейтенанту Кериму Тофиг оглу Велиеву высшее воинское звание «генерал-полковник».
