“Konstitusiya Məhkəməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 5-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
Maddə 1. “Konstitusiya Məhkəməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2004, № 1, maddə 9, № 8, maddə 598, № 9, maddə 668; 2007, № 4, maddə 320, № 5, maddə 446, № 7, maddə 712, № 11, maddə 1078; 2008, № 6, maddə 470, № 7, maddə 608; 2010, № 7, maddə 590; 2011, № 4, maddə 266, № 11, maddə 982; 2012, № 6, maddə 521) 71.2-ci maddəsində “1.785.0” rəqəmləri “2120” rəqəmləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
Maddə 2. Bu Qanunun 1-ci maddəsində nəzərdə tutulmuş dəyişiklik 2013-cü il dekabrın 1-dən tətbiq edilir.
