Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini, habelə “Məhkəmələr və hakimlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun 113-cü və 114-cü maddələrini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Qanunvericiliyin tələblərini dəfələrlə kobudcasına pozduğuna görə Bakı Ağır Cinayətlər Məhkəməsinin hakimi Həsən Əkbər oğlu Əliyevin səlahiyyətlərinə vaxtından əvvəl xitam verilsin.
