“Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2015-ci il dövlət büdcəsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 95-ci maddəsinin I hissəsinin 5-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi qərara alır:
1. “Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2015-ci il dövlət büdcəsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2014, №12, maddə 1518) 13-cü maddəsində “1 500 000,0” rəqəmləri (birinci halda) “4 500 000,0” rəqəmləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
2. Bu Qanunun 1-ci maddəsində nəzərdə tutulmuş dəyişiklik 2015-ci il iyulun 15-dən tətbiq edilir.
