Azərbaycan Respublikasının Cinayət-Prosessual Məcəlləsində dəyişiklikedilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 6-cı bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, “Azərbaycan Respublikasının Cinayət Məcəlləsində dəyişiklik edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2013-cü il 27 dekabr tarixli 878-IVQD nömrəli Qanununun icrası ilə əlaqədar qərara alır:
