Kənd təsərrüfatı məhsulları istehsalçılarının kənd təsərrüfatı texnikası ilə təminatına əlavə dəstək haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, kənd təsərrüfatı məhsulları istehsalçılarının taxılyığan kombaynlara tələbatının ödənilməsi məqsədi ilə qərara alıram:
1. Kənd təsərrüfatı məhsulları istehsalçılarının taxılyığan kombaynlara əlavə ehtiyacını təmin etmək məqsədi ilə Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2014-cü il dövlət büdcəsində nəzərdə tutulan Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin ehtiyat fondundan “Aqrolizinq” Açıq Səhmdar Cəmiyyətinə 15,0 (on beş) milyon manat ayrılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində nəzərdə tutulan məbləğdə maliyyələşməni müəyyən olunmuş qaydada təmin etsin.
