Qax rayonunun Alatəmir-Marsan-Tasmalı-Zəyəm-Lələli avtomobil yolunun tikintisi ilə bağlı əlavə tədbirlər haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Yeddi min nəfər əhalinin yaşadığı 8 yaşayış məntəqəsini birləşdirən Alatəmir-Marsan-Tasmalı-Zəyəm-Lələli avtomobil yolunun tikintisinin başa çatdırılması məqsədi ilə Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2016-cı il dövlət büdcəsində “Avtomobil Yolları” Məqsədli Büdcə Fondunda nəzərdə tutulmuş vəsaitdən 2,0 (iki) milyon manat ayrılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi və “Azəravtoyol” Açıq Səhmdar Cəmiyyəti bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində nəzərdə tutulan məbləğdə maliyyələşməni və tikinti işlərini müəyyən olunmuş qaydada təmin etsinlər.
