Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 95-ci maddəsinin I hissəsinin 4-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Xəzər dənizinin dəniz ətraf mühitinin mühafizəsi haqqında” Çərçivə Konvensiyasına Transsərhəd kontekstdə ətraf mühitə təsirin qiymətləndirilməsi barədə 2018-ci il iyulun 20-də Moskva şəhərində imzalanmış Protokol təsdiq edilsin.
