Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
2019-cu il 30 iyun–10 iyul tarixlərində UNESKO-nun Ümumdünya İrs Komitəsinin 43-cü sessiyasının Bakı şəhərində yüksək səviyyədə təşkili və keçirilməsində, həmçinin Şəki şəhərinin tarixi mərkəzi ilə birgə Şəki Xan Sarayının Dünya İrs Siyahısına salınmasında fəal iştirak etmiş aşağıdakı şəxslər “Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin fəxri diplomu” ilə təltif edilsinlər:
