Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 23-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikasının ərazi bütövlüyünün, təhlükəsizliyinin və dövlət sərhədinin mühafizəsinin təmin edilməsində xüsusi xidmətlərinə görə Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Sərhəd Xidmətinin aşağıdakı hərbi qulluqçuları 3-cü dərəcəli “Rəşadət” ordeni ilə təltif edilsinlər:
Cəbrayılov Asif Mikayıl oğlu – general-leytenant
Xəlilov Əsgər Sabir oğlu – general-leytenant
Tağı-zadə Fərhad Sabir oğlu – general-leytenant.
