Müslüm Maqomayevin abidəsinin ucaldılması haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan musiqi mədəniyyəti xəzinəsinin zənginləşdirilməsinə dəyərli töhfələr vermiş fitri istedada malik görkəmli sənətkar, dünya şöhrətli opera və estrada müğənnisi, SSRİ Xalq artisti Müslüm Məhəmməd oğlu Maqomayevin xatirəsinin əbədiləşdirilməsi məqsədilə Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Bakı şəhərində görkəmli sənətkar Müslüm Maqomayevin abidəsi ucaldılsın.
2. Bakı Şəhər İcra Hakimiyyəti Azərbaycan Respublikasının Mədəniyyət Nazirliyi ilə birlikdə Müslüm Maqomayevin abidəsinin ucaldılması ilə bağlı tədbirlərin həyata keçirilməsini təmin etsin.
3. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti bu Sərəncamdan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsin.
