“Dövlət torpaq kadastrı, torpaqların monitorinqi və yerquruluşu haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 11-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Dövlət torpaq kadastrı, torpaqların monitorinqi və yerquruluşu haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 1999, № 3, maddə 157; 2006, № 6, maddə 478; 2007, № 10, maddə 938; 2018, № 7 (I kitab), maddə 1387) 11-ci maddəsinin birinci hissəsinin onuncu abzasının sonunda nöqtə işarəsi nöqtəli vergül işarəsi ilə əvəz edilsin və aşağıdakı məzmunda on birinci abzas əlavə edilsin:
“İcra haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununa uyğun olaraq icra hərəkətlərinin həyata keçirilməsində.”.
