“Qarabağ” futbol klubuna maliyyə dəstəyi göstərilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. UEFA Konfrans Liqasının qrup mərhələsində uğurla iştirak edərək növbəti mərhələyə vəsiqə qazanması ilə əlaqədar Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2021-ci il dövlət büdcəsində nəzərdə tutulmuş Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin ehtiyat fondundan “Qarabağ” futbol klubuna 5,0 (beş) milyon manat ayrılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində göstərilən məbləğdə maliyyələşməni təmin etsin.
3. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti bu Sərəncamdan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsin.
