Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 95-ci maddəsinin I hissəsinin 4-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
Müstəqil Dövlətlər Birliyi Hökumət Başçıları Şurasının Astana şəhərində keçirilmiş 2018-ci il 2 noyabr tarixli iclasında imzalanmış “Sellülyar səyyar rabitə sistemlərinin inkişaf etdirilməsində və onlardan istifadə olunmasında əməkdaşlıq haqqında 1997-ci il 17 yanvar tarixli Sazişə dəyişikliklər edilməsi barədə Protokol” Azərbaycan Respublikasının ona dair qeyd-şərti ilə təsdiq edilsin.
