“Azərbaycan Respublikası prokurorluq orqanları işçilərinin maddi və sosial təminatı haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2002-ci il 8 oktyabr tarixli 1054 nömrəli Sərəncamında dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. “Azərbaycan Respublikası prokurorluq orqanları işçilərinin maddi və sosial təminatı haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2002-ci il 8 oktyabr tarixli 1054 nömrəli Sərəncamının (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2002, № 10, maddə 612) 1-ci hissəsi aşağıdakı redaksiyada verilsin:
“1. Azərbaycan Respublikası Baş prokurorunun aylıq vəzifə maaşı 3260 manat məbləğində müəyyən edilsin.”.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti bu Sərəncamdan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsin.
3. Bu Sərəncam 2022-ci il iyulun 1-dən tətbiq edilir.
