“Azərbaycan Respublikası İpoteka və Kredit Zəmanət Fondunun fəaliyyətinin təkmilləşdirilməsi məqsədilə əlavə tədbirlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2018-ci il 1 may tarixli 29 nömrəli Fərmanında dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. “Azərbaycan Respublikası İpoteka və Kredit Zəmanət Fondunun fəaliyyətinin təkmilləşdirilməsi məqsədilə əlavə tədbirlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2018-ci il 1 may tarixli 29 nömrəli Fərmanının (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2018, № 5, maddə 897, № 12 (I kitab), maddə 2592; 2019, № 12, maddə 1923; 2021, № 9, maddə 985) 3.2-ci bəndində “2022-ci” sözləri “2024-cü” sözləri ilə, “2025-ci” sözləri isə “2027-ci” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
2. Bu Fərman 2023-cü il yanvarın 1-dən tətbiq edilir.
