“Tibbi sığorta haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 27-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
Maddə 1. “Tibbi sığorta haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2000, № 1, maddə 4; 2001, № 3, maddə 141; 2007, № 12, maddə 1212; 2008, № 11, maddə 960; 2014, № 4, maddə 331; 2015, № 4, maddə 352; 2016, № 3, maddə 419; 2018, № 4, maddə 651; 2019, № 1, maddələr 36, 47, № 12, maddə 1904; 2020, № 3, maddə 227, № 5, maddə 521, № 12 (I kitab), maddə 1426; 2021, № 7, maddələr 697, 711; 2022, № 3, maddə 193; Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2022-ci il 29 noyabr tarixli 654-VIQD nömrəli və 9 dekabr tarixli 685-VIQD nömrəli qanunları) 16-4.4-1-ci maddəsində “2023-cü” sözləri “2024-cü” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
Maddə 2. Bu Qanun 2023-cü il yanvarın 1-dən tətbiq edilir.
