Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 95-ci maddəsinin I hissəsinin 4-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Azərbaycan Respublikası Hökuməti ilə Serbiya Respublikası Hökuməti arasında icazəsiz yaşayan şəxslərin readmissiyası haqqında” 2022-ci il noyabrın 23-də Belqrad şəhərində imzalanmış Saziş təsdiq edilsin.
