“Yerli (bələdiyyə) vergilər və ödənişlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 13-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi qərara alır:
Maddə 1. “Yerli (bələdiyyə) vergilər və ödənişlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununa (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2002, № 4, I kitab, maddə 155; 2008, № 6, maddə 462) aşağıdakı məzmunda 11.4-cü maddə əlavə edilsin:
“11.4. Yerli vergi və ödənişlərin ödənilməsi banklar, poçt rabitəsinin milli operatoru, habelə mövcud nağdsız ödəmə vasitələri ilə həyata keçirilir. Bələdiyyələr tərəfindən yerli vergi və ödənişlərin nağd şəkildə qəbul olunması qadağandır.”.
Maddə 2. Bu Qanun 2015-ci il yanvarın 1-dən qüvvəyə minir.
