Ölkənizin milli bayramı – Çin Xalq Respublikasının yaranması günü münasibətilə Sizi və Sizin simanızda bütün xalqınızı öz adımdan və Azərbaycan xalqı adından səmimi qəlbdən təbrik edirəm.
Mən Azərbaycan-Çin münasibətlərinə xüsusi əhəmiyyət verirəm. Bu mənada dostluq əlaqələrimizin gündən-günə genişlənməsi, qarşılıqlı faydalı əməkdaşlığımızın daim dərinləşməsi böyük məmnunluq doğurur.
Əminəm ki, qarşılıqlı anlaşma və etimada əsaslanan siyasi təmaslarımızın, hər iki tərəf üçün faydalı olan iqtisadi əlaqələrimizin, humanitar mübadilələrimizin bundan sonra da müvəffəqiyyətlə davam etdirilməsi üçün birgə səylər göstərəcəyik.
