Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 95-ci maddəsinin I hissəsinin 10-cu bəndinə, 132-ci maddəsinin II hissəsinə, “Məhkəmələr və hakimlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun 94-cü maddəsinin ikinci hissəsinə, 96-cı maddəsinə və 97-ci maddəsinin ikinci hissəsinə uyğun olaraq, Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin təqdimatına əsasən Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi qərara alır:
1. Aşağıdakı hakimlər başqa vəzifəyə dəyişdirilərək Bakı Apellyasiya Məhkəməsinin hakimləri təyin edilsinlər:
Abiyeva Kəmalə Nəbi qızı,
Babayev Qədim Xalid oğlu,
Cəfərov Namiq Şamil oğlu,
Hacıyev Sənan Firudin oğlu,
Həmidov Həmid Üzeyir oğlu,
Hüseynov Abiddin Qabil oğlu,
Şirinov İkram Sabir oğlu.
2. 2013-cü il avqustun 6-da səlahiyyət müddəti bitən aşağıdakı hakimlər Bakı Apellyasiya Məhkəməsinin hakimləri təyin edilsinlər:
Abbasov Natiq Mehdi oğlu,
Həsənov Elnur Məmmədsaat oğlu,
Həsənov Vüqar Təvəkgül oğlu,
İmanov Azad Nizam oğlu,
Məmmədov Vüqar Kamal oğlu,
Murquzov İlqar Mustafa oğlu,
Talışinski Fuad Şəmsəddin oğlu.
3. Bu Qərar 2013-cü il avqustun 6-dan qüvvəyə minir.
