“Məşğulluq haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişikliklər edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 16-cı bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, “Məşğulluq haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununu Azərbaycan Respublikasının Miqrasiya Məcəlləsinə uyğunlaşdırmaq məqsədi ilə qərara alır:
“Məşğulluq haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2001, № 8, maddə 522, № 12, maddə 731; 2003, № 1, maddə 16; 2007, № 10, maddə 938; 2008, № 5, maddə 341, № 7, maddə 602; 2010, № 11, maddə 949; 2011, № 2, maddə 71, №10, maddə 884) 14-cü maddəsində aşağıdakı dəyişikliklər edilsin:
1. Mətni 14.1-ci maddə hesab edilsin və həmin maddədən “və fiziki” sözləri çıxarılsın.
2. Aşağıdakı məzmunda 14.2-ci maddə əlavə edilsin:
“14.2. Azərbaycan Respublikası vətəndaşlarının xarici ölkələrdə işə düzəlmələrində fiziki şəxslərin vasitəçilik fəaliyyəti qadağandır.
