“Dövlət əmlakının özəlləşdirilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 13-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Dövlət əmlakının özəlləşdirilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2000, № 8, I kitab, maddə 580; 2002, № 10, maddə 586; 2005, № 5, maddə 391, № 6, maddə 464; 2006, № 5, maddə 389, № 6, maddə 478, № 12, maddə 1005; 2007, № 8, maddə 745; 2013, № 11, maddə 1314; 2014, № 6, maddələr 597, 604) 6.2.5-ci maddəsindən “, baytarlıq” sözü çıxarılsın.
