“Aviasiya haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişikliklər edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 23-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Aviasiya haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2005, № 8, maddə 689; 2007, № 12, maddə 1218; 2009, № 12, maddə 948; 2011, № 3, maddə 169) 8.6-cı maddəsinin ikinci hissəsində, 19.3, 25.5 və 26.2-ci maddələrində “müvafiq icra hakimiyyəti orqanı” sözləri “beynəlxalq standartlara və tövsiyə olunan beynəlxalq təcrübəyə uyğun olaraq mülki, eksperimental və dövlət hava gəmilərinə münasibətdə müvafiq icra hakimiyyəti orqanları” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
