Azərbaycan Respublikasının Torpaq Məcəlləsində dəyişiklik edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 11-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Torpaq Məcəlləsinin (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 1999, №8, maddə 478; 2001, №12, maddə 736; 2002, №5, maddələr 237, 241; 2003, №1, maddə 11, №6, maddə 256, № 8, maddə 423; 2004, №2, maddə 59, №6, maddə 415, №10, maddə 761; 2006, №2, maddə 67, №6, maddə 478, №8, maddə 657, №11, maddə 932; 2007, №1, maddə 3, №8, maddə 745; 2008, №5, maddə 348, №6, maddə 460, №8, maddə 707, №12, maddə 1048; 2009, №2, maddə 36; 2012, №6, maddə 497; 2013, №6, maddə 621) 9-cu maddəsinin 3-cü hissəsinə aşağıdakı məzmunda ikinci cümlə əlavə edilsin:
“Akvakultura təsərrüfatlarına məxsus torpaqlar aid olduqları torpaq kateqoriyasında saxlanılır və digər kateqoriyaya keçirilmir.”.
