Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2000-ci il 13 noyabr tarixli 419 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2000, № 11, maddə 795; 2004, № 1, maddə 19; 2007, № 8, maddə 765; 2008, № 3, maddə 168, № 8, maddə 722; 2010, № 8, maddə 718, № 9, maddə 770; 2011, № 5, maddə 378) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Qaçqın” statusu verilməsi haqqında vəsatətə baxılması Qaydası”nda aşağıdakı dəyişikliklər edilsin:
1. 4-cü hissənin ikinci abzası ləğv edilsin.
2. 13-cü hissədən “və Daxili İşlər Nazirliyinə” sözləri çıxarılsın.
