О награждении орденом «Достлуг» Исмаила Серагельдина
Руководствуясь пунктом 23 статьи 109 Конституции Азербайджанской Республики, постановляю:
За заслуги в пропаганде культурного наследия Азербайджана наградить сопредседателя Международного центра Низами Гянджеви, директора Александрийской библиотеки Исмаила Серагельдина орденом «Достлуг».
