“Dövlətlərarası Valyuta Komitəsinin yaradılması haqqında 1995-ci il 26 may tarixli Sazişin qüvvəsinin dayandırılması barədə Protokol”un təsdiq edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 95-ci maddəsinin I hissəsinin 4-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
1. 2013-cü il 25 oktyabr tarixində Minsk şəhərində imzalanmış “Dövlətlərarası Valyuta Komitəsinin yaradılması haqqında 1995-ci il 26 may tarixli Sazişin qüvvəsinin dayandırılması barədə Protokol” təsdiq edilsin.
2. “Dövlətlərarası Valyuta Komitəsinin yaradılması haqqında Saziş”in təsdiq edilməsi barədə” Azərbaycan Respublikasının 1996-cı il 7 fevral tarixli 21-IQ nömrəli Qanunu (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 1997, № 1, maddə 10) ləğv edilsin.
