“Müharibəəlillərinə Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin təqaüdü”nün artırılması haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2013-cü il 28 avqust tarixli 952 nömrəli Fərmanında dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. “Müharibə əlillərinə Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin təqaüdü”nün artırılması haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2013-cü il 28 avqust tarixli 952 nömrəli Fərmanının (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2013, № 8, maddə 895) 1-ci, 2-ci və 3-cü hissələri ləğv edilsin.
2. Bu Fərman 2014-cü il aprelin 1-dən qüvvəyə minir.
