“Dövlət qulluqçularının icbari sığortası haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun ləğv edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 27-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, “İstehsalatda bədbəxt hadisələr və peşə xəstəlikləri nəticəsində peşə əmək qabiliyyətinin itirilməsi hallarından icbari sığorta haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2010-cu il 11 may tarixli 999-IIIQ nömrəli Qanununu nəzərə alaraq qərara alır:
“Dövlət qulluqçularının icbari sığortası haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2002, № 5, maddə 247; 2003, № 12 (I kitab), maddə 671; 2005, № 8, maddə 692; 2007, № 6, maddə 560; 2008, № 6, maddə 462, № 7, maddə 602; 2009, №6, maddə 399) ləğv edilsin.
