Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikasının bir sıra birinci instansiya məhkəmələri hakimlərinin və sədrlərinin təyin edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 9-cu və 32-ci bəndlərini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Polad Vəli oğlu Həsənov Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikası Hərbi Məhkəməsinin hakimi və həmin məhkəmənin sədri təyin edilsin.
2. Qabil Neymət oğlu Məmmədov Naxçıvan Şəhər Məhkəməsinin hakimi və həmin məhkəmənin sədri təyin edilsin.
3. Bu Sərəncam imzalandığı gündən qüvvəyə minir.
